Sub-processors

Annex 1 to the Flok Data Processing Agreement. Everyone who processes data on our behalf, what they do, and where.

Version 1.0 · effective 4 September 2026

This document is published in English only. Where a translated summary is provided elsewhere on this site, the English version of this document governs.

Sub-processors

Flok engages the providers below to deliver the service. Each processes personal data on our instructions under a written data processing agreement.

This table is generated from the same record that publishes the list on our security page, so the two cannot disagree. DPA means a data processing agreement is in place. SCC means the transfer additionally relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with the Swiss addendum, because the processing happens outside Switzerland and the EEA.

The table itself is published in English in every language. It is a record of what each provider is and does, kept as one set of facts rather than five that could drift apart.

We will notify your account's registered contact at least 30 days in advance by email, and update this page, before adding or replacing a sub-processor. You may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within that period; the objection procedure is set out in section 9 of our Data Processing Agreement.
