Our story

Flok was built by a club board, not a software company.

I’m the secretary. Four systems for one new member, ticket lists cross-checked against membership payments by hand, a newsletter tool that had never heard of the event it was promoting. Our treasurer, communications officer, event planner, young professionals manager and chairman each had their own version of the same problem. I built the tool that makes it one process instead of nine — with all of them telling me what it needed to do.

Is the Pilot actually useful, or just AI window dressing?

The Pilot is wired into real workflows — drafting newsletters, matching IBAN transfers, flagging churn risk, onboarding new members. Every action requires your approval before anything is sent or charged. You can turn individual capabilities off per area.

Where is my data stored?

Swiss and EU data centres. GDPR- and nDSG-compliant. Member data is never used to train AI models. You can export or delete everything in two clicks.

Can I migrate from WISO, Bexio, or Excel?

Yes — the Pilot handles imports from Excel, CSV, WISO MeinVerein, Bexio, Campai, and SpenglerFox. Average migration takes one afternoon.

What about SEPA direct debit and QR-bill?

Both supported out of the box. SEPA B2B and CORE, QR-bill per ISO 20022. Bank reconciliation is automatic via camt.053.

What languages are supported?

Dutch, German, French, Italian and English — for both the app and the Pilot's drafts.

Is there a free trial?
