Is the Pilot actually useful, or just AI window dressing?

The Pilot is wired into real workflows — drafting newsletters, matching IBAN transfers, flagging churn risk, summarising minutes. Every action requires your approval before anything is sent or charged. You can turn individual capabilities off per area.

Where is my data stored?

Member data is stored in Switzerland (Zürich); static files and object storage are hosted in Frankfurt — both compliant with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and GDPR. Member data is never used to train AI models. You can export or delete all your data at any time, in just two clicks.

Can I migrate from WISO, Bexio, or Excel?

Yes — whether you're coming from ClubDesk, WISO MeinVerein, Bexio, or just a spreadsheet, if it exports to CSV or Excel, Flok can import it. The importer matches your columns to Flok's fields automatically, so there's nothing to reformat by hand. Average migration takes one afternoon.

What about SEPA direct debit and QR-bill?

Both supported out of the box. SEPA B2B and CORE, QR-bill per ISO 20022. Bank reconciliation is automatic via camt.053.

What languages are supported?

Dutch, German, French, Italian and English — for both the app and the Pilot's drafts.

Is there a free trial?
