Starter is free forever for clubs under 30 members — no credit card, no time limit on the plan itself. To keep things tidy, we may delete data from free accounts that have had no activity for 90 days (see our Terms); paid plans aren't affected by this.
Prices are net of VAT and the same number in EUR and CHF: clubs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein pay in CHF, all others in EUR. Applicable tax is added at checkout at the statutory rate for your billing country. Annual plans are billed once a year in advance; monthly plans are billed in advance each month. No contract — cancel anytime.

Starter does not sell paid tickets, so a club selling tickets starts on Club.

The Dutch Business Round Table sold 726 tickets across 8 events last year and paid Ticketino CHF 2257 in fees — 7.8 % of revenue. On Flok, with its own Payrexx account, the same events cost about CHF 600: a saving of CHF 1650 on ticketing alone, and over CHF 2000 with Mailchimp included.

What happens if I go over 30 members on Starter?
You'll get a heads-up in the dashboard well before you hit the limit, with a one-click upgrade to Club. Nothing is disabled or deleted automatically.
Can I sell tickets on Starter?
Starter covers free events and sign-ups. Selling paid tickets online starts on Club — and from there Flok takes no fee at all: you only pay your own Stripe or Payrexx costs.
What happens to our documents if we move to Starter?
Nothing is deleted. Your files stay readable for 90 days, so the board has time to download what it needs or move back to a paid plan. After that they are locked until you upgrade again.
Who counts as a member?
Only your club's statutory members. Contacts, guests and ticket buyers never count against your plan's limit.
What counts as a Pilot action?
Each Pilot-generated draft or action — a drafted newsletter, a matched bank transaction, a churn-risk flag, and so on — counts as one action. See the Help center for the full list.
Do I pay in EUR or CHF?
Clubs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein pay in CHF, all others in EUR — the same number, with no conversion. The country in your club's contact details decides which.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. Switching to annual takes effect at your next renewal.
