Starter is free forever for clubs under 50 members — no credit card, no time limit on the plan itself. To keep things tidy, we may delete data from free accounts that have had no activity for 90 days (see our Terms); paid plans aren't affected by this.
Prices shown in EUR, net of VAT. Applicable tax is added at checkout at the statutory rate for your billing country. Annual plans are billed once a year in advance; monthly plans are billed in advance each month. No contract — cancel anytime.
Pricing questions
What happens if I go over 50 members on Starter?
You'll get a heads-up in the dashboard well before you hit the limit, with a one-click upgrade to Club. Nothing is disabled or deleted automatically.
What counts as a Pilot action?
Each Pilot-generated draft or action — a drafted newsletter, a matched bank transaction, a churn-risk flag, and so on — counts as one action. See the Help center for details.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. Switching to annual takes effect at your next renewal.
Do you offer discounts for larger federations?
Talk to us — Federation pricing can be tailored to the number of member clubs.
